PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a prefabricated hybrid carbon wheel is provided to improve strength, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and fuel ratio through light weight.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a prefabricated hybrid carbon wheel is as follows. Carbon fiber prepreg(CFPP) is cut to be laminated on an outer rim mold and an inner rim mold. An outer bladder and an inner bladder are inserted into the outer rim mold and the inner rim mold respectively. The outer rim mold and the inner rim mold are assembled with a cover respectively. The outer rim mold and the inner rim mold are filled with air and solidified by an oven. The solidified mold is cooled naturally and the outer rim and the inner rim are separated from the molds. The rims are assembled with each other.
