PURPOSE: A method for producing an oriental medicinal cosmetic composition containing Stachys sieboldii Miq. extract is provided to improve anti-wrinkling and antiaging. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an oriental medicinal cosmetic composition containing Stachys sieboldii Miq. extract comprises: a step of mixing 100 weight parts of Stachys sieboldii Miq., 250-350 weight parts of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximowicz roots, 250-350 weight parts of ginseng, and 250-350 weight parts of deer antler to prepare a mixture; a step of adding 350-450 weight parts of water to 100 weight parts of mixture and performing hot water extraction for 2-3 hours to prepare extract; and a step of filtering and removing solid. The mixture additionally contains Schizandrae Fructus, Corni Fructus, Asparagus cochinchinensis, Moutan Cortex Radicis or Scutellariae Radix.
