PURPOSE: A quick-hardening mortar recovery device of a movable concrete batch plant for manufacturing quick-hardening concrete is provided to collect all quick-hardening mortar which remains in a transfer unit, thereby maintaining the inside of the transfer unit in an optimum state. CONSTITUTION: Quick-hardening mortar is discharged from a quick-hardening mortar storage unit(200). A pair of transfer units(310) transfer quick-hardening mortar to a meter unit. A discharging hole(320) penetrates the end of the transfer unit downward. A remaining amount collecting unit(330) is mounted on the lower part of the discharging unit. All remaining materials in the remaining amount collecting unit are collected in a storage member. A fixation preventing unit prevents quick-hardening mortar from being fixed to an opening/closing door.
