Apparatus for making fresh water by vacuum evaporation method together with a supersonic vibrator

PURPOSE: A vacuum evaporating type freshwater generating system equipped with an ultrasonic vibrator is provided to increase the productivity of fresh water by evaporating moisture in non-condensed precipitated seawater from a freshwater condenser and resupplying the non-condensed precipitated seawater into the freshwater condenser. CONSTITUTION: A freshwater generating system(1) is installed at the inner lower side of a vacuum tank(2). A seawater evaporator(3) is in connection with a seawater introducing pipe(5). A freshwater condenser is installed at the inner upper side of the vacuum tank and is in connection with a freshwater discharging pipe(8). A separating plate(2b) is installed between the seawater evaporator and the freshwater condenser and controls the flow of vapor. A water collecting part(2a) is installed at the bottom side of the vacuum tank, and a seawater discharging part is installed at the bottom side of the vacuum tank. An ultrasonic vibrator(10) is installed at the inner side of the water collecting part in order to evaporate seawater stored in the water collecting part.
