HIGH SPEED DRYING POLYUREA PAINT COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT ANTI-CORROSIVENESS, CHEMICAL-RESISTANCE AND TOUGHNESS, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A quick-drying polyurethane paint composition is provided to have excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, toughness and abrasion resistance, and to improve resistance against salt and carbonization. CONSTITUTION: A quick-drying polyurethane paint composition is formed by mixing a base part and a hardener part with a volume ratio of 1:1. The base part consists of 25-35 weight% of amine-terminated epoxy prepolymer, 30-35 weight% of polyoxypropylene amine, 10-15 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 25-35 weight% of amine-terminated epoxy prepolymer, 30-35 weight% of polyoxypropylene amine, 10-15 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 15-25 weight% of an inorganic filler, 5-10 weight% of pigment, and 5-8 weight% of additives. The hardener part is obtained by mixing 100.0 parts by weight of an isocyanate mixture and 70-130 parts by weight of one or more polymer mixture selected from polypropyleneglycol and polyoxypropylene amine.
