PURPOSE: A tablet inspection apparatus and method for a touch screen panel are provided to reduce inspection error by generating a signal in a touch pen member to a tablet in the state that the tablet is steadily fixed.;CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) comprises a seating table(111) and a connector(113). A tablet for a touch screen panel is placed on the seating table. The connector applies an electric signal to the tablet. A touch signal generator(120) is movably installed on the main body and transmits frequency to the tablet and receives resonance frequency from the tablet. A driver(130) is combined with the touch signal generator and moves the touch signal generator in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction. A cover(140) is combined with the driver and covers the seating table. The cover guides the horizontal movement of the touch signal generator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
