PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for removing the remaining current of an MCU are provided to prevent an electric shock by forming a closed circuit between a precharge resistor of a battery and a capacitor of the MCU.;CONSTITUTION: A first main relay(110) is connected to a first terminal(192) of a high voltage connector(190). A second main relay(120) is connected to a second terminal(194) of the high voltage connector. One end of a precharge resistor(140) is connected to a precharge relay(130). The other end of the precharge resistor is connected to a capacitor(220) of an MCU(200) through the first terminal of the high voltage connector. A discharge switch(150) includes a common terminal(152), an open terminal(154), and a closed terminal(156).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
