PURPOSE: A low-NOx oxygen combustor with a two-stage cylindrical premixing combustion pipe and an exhaust gas recirculation and jet function are provided to maintain stable combustion characteristics by controlling fuel-rich and fuel-lean mixing characteristics through the multi-stage jetting of oxygen and the change of the fuel jetting positions. CONSTITUTION: A low-NOx oxygen combustor comprises a two-stage cylindrical premixing combustion pipe(1) and an oxygen supply chamber(10). The two-stage cylindrical premixing combustion pipe comprises first and second cylindrical mixing pipes(2,3). The first mixing pipe burns after mixing fuel jetted from one end to the inside and firstly split and jetted oxygen in a fuel rich state. The second mixing pipe is stepped at an outlet of the first mixing pipe. The second mixing pipe completely burns after mixing the incomplete combustion gas jetted from the first mixing pipe and secondly split and jetted oxygen. The oxygen supply chamber surrounds the exterior of the two-stage cylindrical premixing combustion pipe and supplies the oxygen to the first and second mixing pipes while cooling the combustor or preheating the oxygen.
