FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to maxillofacial surgery and can be applied in treatment of depressed fractures of anterior wall of frontal sinus. Essence of method lies in performing cut in frontal area, skeletonisation of section of frontal bone, creation of trepanation hole into frontal sinus on said section, through which reposition of fragments of anterior wall of frontal sinus is performed. Cut of skin is made from injured side in medial corner of eye, on lower-medial edge of eyebrow 0.2 cm medially from frontal incisure, to 0.2 cm. Limberg hook is taken into right hand and its working part is introduced into the cut, direction of movement being from front backward and up to periosteum of supraorbital edge, sliding on periosteum of medial-upper part of eye socket, not reaching trochlear fossa, passing through fracture line into frontal sinus under fragments, with working part moving forward and upward. Movement of working part is changed back to front, alternating with movements upward, downward, to the right and to the left during reposition of fractures. Control is performed by fingers of left hand from outside through skin of superciliary region and grabella.;EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to eliminate wide access to fragments and large cut of soft tissues, achieve optimal cosmetic effect with little trauma of soft tissues and bone, reduce number of complications and create conditions for optimal reparative regeneration of bone fragments.;1 dwg
