Disclosed is a user device for use in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) mobile communication system using precoding. The user device includes: a PMI generation unit which generates a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) indicating a precoding matrix to be used by a base station, in accordance with a radio propagation state; a delay circuit which inputs the PMI and outputs the PMI after elapse of a predetermined time; an accumulation unit which inputs the PMI from the delay circuit and stores the inputted PMI; and a channel estimation unit which performs channel estimation by using the PMI stored in the accumulation unit in response to a signal from the base station.
