Transduodenal papillisphyncterotomy is performed from access without transaction of rectus including skin cutting with bringing aside rectus medially and blunt opening of transverse muscle of abdomen. Papillisphyncterotomy is performed between two guiding ligatures, brought in retrograde way through great duodenal papilla.
