A method for diagnosing exposure to the virus herpes on oleic acid (endogenous antioxidants) in the peripheral blood of pregnant women, in the third trimester AFTER acute herpes virus infection

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention is applied for assessing erythrocyte membrane microviscosity. The presented method involves calculating a pyrene eximerisation coefficient C_ex in pregnant women suffered aggravated herpes viral infection in the third trimester of gestation. Additionally, the content of oleic acid in erythrocyte membranes is evaluated. If antibody titre 1:12800 is accompanied by the decreased content of oleic acid to 16.52±0.14%; decreased C_ex in a lipid bilayer to 0.60±0.005; C_ex in protein-lipid contacts to 0.79±0.004, higher erythrocyte membrane microviscosity is assessed.;EFFECT: provided assessment of erythrocyte membrane microviscosity.
