Transpedicular screw contains head and thread part, internal longitudinal canal for introduction of bone cement into vertebra body, at least, one lateral hole, made in thread part and connecting cavity of internal longitudinal canal with external surface of thread part of screw, and adaptor, which has through hole for introduction of bone cement. Internal longitudinal canal is made through. Screw additionally contains stopper, which is installed on sharpened end of thread part in detachable way.
