FIELD: information technologies.;SUBSTANCE: method and device are proposed for getting information about decoding and descrambling by a terminal, in which the terminal identifies and receives data of an entitlement control message (ECM) in information about decoding and descrambling according to the value of a type of ECM data block from a segment of data of a multiplexing subframe, corresponding to selected software scrambled for transfer; identifies and receives data of an entitlement management message according to the value of a type of an EMM data block from a segment of data of a multiplexing subframe, corresponding to an identifier of service used by transferred EMM data. Using the proposed method, analysis of information about interrelation between data of a transferred service and ECM data is not done, since ECM data in information about decoding and descrambling is received from a multiplexing subframe, and an operation of getting the appropriate ECM data using these correlation ratios is omitted, thus pass band resources are saved, process of ECM data reception by the terminal of mobile multimedia broadcasting is simplified, and requirements are reduced to terminal resources at the side of a system of conventional access.;EFFECT: improved accuracy of information transfer.;10 cl, 5 dwg
