METHOD FOR PREDICTING RISK OF DEATH IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to cardiology. In order to predict risk of death of patients with chronic heart failure minute volume of heart and rate of glomerular filtration. Rate of glomerular filtration is determined by formula Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD). Coefficient of standardised rate of glomerular filtration is determined by division of patient's rate of glomerular filtration by minute heart volume and multiplication by 1000. If coefficient is lower than 9, unfavourable outcome within 3 years after the examination is predicted.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict risk of death of patients with chronic heart failure, taking into account functional state of kidneys during three years after examination.
