FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. A non-free periosteal autograft or autograft comprising a portion of a cortical plate and a spongy substance is formed of an anteroinferior surface of an acromial extremity of clavicle on a proper vascular pedicle containing permanent periosteal feeding branchlets of an acromial branch of an thoracoacromial artery with relevant veins. The autograft is moved to a defect zone with preserving feed vessels. Clavicular osteosynthesis is assisted with a metal plate placed outside of a zone of the moved tissue complex.;EFFECT: method provides reliable blood supply of the transplanted autograft, accelerated osteogenesis within the defect, enabled transposition to the defect in relation to the large autograft, reduced injuries.;1 ex, 7 dwg
