FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for endoprosthetics of elbow joint in patients with expressed bone defect of distal part of humerus. Spongy allotransplant in form of cylinder is formed. In the centre of allotransplant by means of rasp prepared is canal for endoprosthesis leg. From one of butt end sides of cylinder bed for stump of humerus diaphysis and longitudinal slit for prosthesis flange are formed. Spongy allotransplant is set onto humerus stump. Prosthesis leg is introduced into transplant canal and bone canal of humerus. Autotransplant is placed under flange in tight contact with anterior wall of humerus, overlapping anterior wall of humerus stump.;EFFECT: method ensures increased strength of fixation of leg of prosthesis shoulder component without application of additional implants and creation of optimal conditions for union of transplants with maternal bone.;1 ex, 3 dwg
