Method of forming nulling pattern (NP) in flat phased antenna array (PAA) involves estimating the level of the initial directional pattern of N-element PAA, selecting in the aperture two M-element sub-arrays and making phase adjustments, with a minus sign for elements of one sub-array and with a plus sign for elements of another sub-array.
