The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to a fluorescent endoscopic examination of the gastrointestinal tract, and can be used for the diagnosis of cancer pathology of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum in the early stages (without photosensitizer). The apparatus comprises esophagogastroduodenoscopy, two groups of optical fibers on an outer side surface of the second optical fiber group deposited metallized nanocoating, a group of radiation sources, a spectrometer, a personal computer and conjugated it through a standard interface color camera, and the simulator and the simulator pathology norm.
