It contains onboard measuring and computing system 1, the blocks of functional transformations 8 and summing nine members of the instrument compartment ballistic missiles, one output functional transformation unit 8 is connected to a first input of an onboard measuring and computing system 1 itself, the other outputs of the functional transformation unit 8 linked to second and third inputs of the onboard measuring and computing system 1 via summing unit 9, which provides an extension of functionality vtonomnoy inertial ballistic missile control systems by facilitating accurate delivery of the payload of ballistic missiles at the starting point of its autonomous ballistic flight when the maneuvering actions in the time intervals separating its stages.
