Summary: ; The technical solution relates to measuring equipment and can be used in the oil industry for the operative control parameter crude oil, namely to determine the water cut when the water content in the production wells in the range of 0 to 100%. Moisture consists of two independent modules, each operating in its water emulsion type, or one of the modules, depending on the application. A first module containing the impedance measuring sensor and embedded integrated impedance converter is designed for operation on emulsion "water in oil". The second module comprises an optical sensor and is designed to work on the emulsion type "oil in water". impedance measuring unit determines the real and imaginary part of the impedance, transmits measurement signals to the microcontroller, wherein the signal is formed on and off the optical sensor when changing the type of oil-water emulsion and processing measurement signals of both sensors. The optical module comprises two radiation sources and two photodetectors, currents which enter the microcontroller, wherein the data processing implemented calculated water cut and oil emulsion with the differences in the fineness of the emulsion.
