摘要
The invention relates to traumatology and can be used in the surgical treatment of periprosthetic fractures of the distal femur in the presence of the implant in the medullary canal with an elongated stem. Intramedullary nail is a rod made of titanium alloy with outer diameter of 12-22 mm (length of the nail is selected, depending on the fracture height). The rod has a bend 7 degrees at a middle portion thereof, the proximal end of the rod is chamfered at an angle of 45 degrees from the inside outwards so that the side legs of the lateral wall of the endoprosthesis rod ended more distally. At the distal end of the four round holes formed to locking screws: two diameter of 6 mm - is proximal holes and two 6.5 mm diameter formed more distally. The most proximal opening located in the frontal plane, the other three - 45 degree angle to the frontal plane at 90 degrees to each other. At the proximal end of the rod has a tapered bore of circular cross-section of 60-80 mm depth. The rear wall of the channel is formed in the rod through slot width of 2 mm over 60-80 mm. Due to this expansion slot when administered prosthesis stem is provided a tight fit in the channel legs in the rod. Increased reliability in the fixation of periprosthetic fractures supracondylar region of the femur and is provided to stabilize the elongated prosthesis stem. 4 ill.
