The solution relates to seismology and can be used for the prediction of earthquakes.; The object of the proposed technical solutions is to increase the reliability of the seismic data, simplification of hardware-measuring device.; Technical results are: the use for recording and prediction of physical parameters of the processes preceding the earthquake, the least affected by various external influences - electromagnetic wave (EW) initiated by mechanical shifts in the lithosphere and, therefore, more reliable, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
