METHOD OF PREVENTING URINARY INCONTINENCE AFTER RADICAL PROSTATECTOMY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. After carrying out radical prostatectomy on posterior semi-circle fascial structures of minor pelvis are restored. Preliminarily preoperative determination of patient's pelvis topography type is performed. In case of sacropetal type of pelvis topography cranial end of peritoneal-perineal fascia is fixed together with parietal pelvic fascia to boundary of medial and posterior third of tendinous arch of pelvis fascia at 120° angle to pelvis horizontal. In case of symphosopetal type of pelvis topography peritoneal-perineal fascia is fixed to boundary of medial and posterior third of tendinous arch of pelvis fascia at 90° angle to pelvis horizontal. Distal end of peritoneal-perineal fascia is fixed on both sides to anterior third of tendinous arch of pelvis fascia.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to stabilise uretrocystoneoanastomosis, prevent or reduce considerably terms of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy, maximally early restore sexual activity with preservation of erectile function and contributes to improvement of patients' life quality.;2 ex
