METHOD FOR TREATING VENOGENIC ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically urology. Under local anaesthesia, a dorsal vein of penis is separated. A vein is punctured. An introducer 4F is inserted X-ray endovascularly to the confluent dorsal vein with priprostatic plexus veins or other draining veins involved in blood outflow from penis. It is followed by X-ray endovascular occlusion of pathological draining venous paths by implantation of an occlusion spiral and control phlebography in frontal, right-left and oblique projections. If the control phlebography shows an insufficient effect imaged in the form of remaining venous blood outflow, a sclerosant solution is introduced. A surgical effect is assessed by the absence or the manifested reduction of venous blood outflow in comparison with initial phlebograms in the priprostatic plexus veins.;EFFECT: method allows reducing intraoperative injures in treating venogenic erectile dysfunction.;1 ex
