FIELD: pipes working capacity assessment.; SUBSTANCE: method for assessing pipes working capacity with the hydrostatic inner pressure, rising until the pipe is destroyed, with the biaxial load using the 2:1 load ratio, includes preliminary application of the simulated working damage and repair. Before the static pressure test at least three endurance tests are to be carried out with inner cyclic pressure, corresponding to the working pressure. After three said tests with inner cyclic pressure (given in steps), the final endurance test is carried out with the use of inner oscillatory zero-based hydrostatic pressure at a level which does not exceed 0,7 of the pipe metal yield point. Additional number of loads is limited by 10000.; EFFECT: more informative and comprehensive working pipe capacity assessment due to determined cyclical strength and reliability of the pipe metal with biaxial load; determining the limiting operational time of industrial and ecologically safe transit pipeline operation with pipes of various diameters and high operational time.;1 dwg
