Said optoelectronic system comprises, at least, one radiation source, data processing unit and photo receiver. Reference mark makes radiation source. Said reference mark comprises modulated LED, LED control circuit, photo receiver and self-contained power source. Photo receiver comprises two receive-and-analyse systems, inclination transducer and control module including data signal processor and photo receiver.
