METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PANCREATIC FISTULAS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of pancreatic fistulas. Fistula of central localisation is isolated to its base and ablated with fragment of pancreas. Silicon drainages with diameter corresponding to duct diameter are introduced into pancreatic duct of proximal and distal gland stump. Proximal end-loop pancreaticoenteroanastomosis is formed, silicon drainahe, introduced into pancreatic duct, is placed in lumen of disconnected loop of small intestine. With 10-12 cm indent from proximal anastomosis, distal end-loop pancreaticoenteroanastomosis is formed. Silicon drainage of pancreatic duct of proximal stump is passed through zone of distal end-loop pancreaticoenteroanastomosis and together with introduced into main pancreatic duct silicon drainage of distal stump is brought out via closed end of disconnected loop of small intestine.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of inflammatory and purulent post-operative complications, reduce risk of pancreas secretory function disorders.;1 ex, 4 dwg
