METHOD OF PLASTY OF OWN PATELLAR LIGAMENT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Channel in patella is formed. Flap is cut out from tendon of quadriceps femoris near upper patella pole. Tube with diameter to 1 cm and length depending on defect is formed from flap. Channel is formed in longitudinal direction through entire patella. Cut out flap is passed through formed channel. Flap is fixed on distal part of stump of own patellar ligament or crest of tibia. Tendon of quadriceps femoris in area of transplant separation is sutured.;EFFECT: method ensures recovery of knee joint function, elimination of further development of deforming arthrosis of patella, reduction of number of complications, reduction of immobilisation term.;2 dwg
