Additionally following units has been introduced in this controller: efficiency coefficient formula unit, educational neural network history unit, educational neural network control unit, control neural network control unit, control neural network history unit. In the second version, the educational neural network control unit consists of efficiency coefficient analysis unit, educational neural network rules unit, educational neural network operation results unit, and random-number generator of educational neural network.
