FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to application of wear-resistant coatings and can be used in aircraft engineering and machine-building industry. Diffusion electrochemical treatment of titanium alloy is performed in electrolyte of the following chemical composition, g/l: orthophosphoric acid -1100-1200, seignette salt or ethylidene-lactic acid - 20-50, water - up to 1 l. Chromium carbide is deposited from vapour phase of bisareneorganochromium compound. Diffusion electrochemical treatment is performed during 1-2 h at current density of 5-10 A/dm2 and temperature of 50-60°C. Prior to deposition of chrome carbide from vapour phase of bisareneorganochromium compound, 2-5 wt % of dibenzyl ether is introduced to the compound. Deposition process of chrome carbide from vapour phase of bisareneorganochromium compound is carried out in vacuum or current of inert gas under pressure of ≤ 100 Pa.;EFFECT: increasing service life and improving reliability of parts from titanium alloys working under conditions of action of corrosive media, wear and high temperatures.;4 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex
