FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: what is prepared is a recombinant yeast strain Yarrowia lipolytica Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms Y-3323 - an enzyme lipase producer. The strain is engineered of the strain W29 by means of URA3 gene inactivation that is followed by using the integrative plasmid pZ-lox-ura3d4-hp4d-LIP2 to transform the prepared transformant.
