FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and combustiology. Constant bringing fingers apart is performed at the background of traditional treatment. Device made from elastic resilient material is placed into interdigital spaces of 2-5 fingers. It contains base and originating from it interdigital arcs. Arcs are narrowed in central part and form between themselves hollows for proximal phalanges of 2-5 fingers. Base and interdigital arcs are made by the size of patient's hand, with width equal half of proximal phalanges of 2-5 fingers, with streamline edges. Device is used constantly until burn epithelisation.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve high functional and cosmetic effect, reliably bring fingers apart without trauma to soft tissues of hand.;5 dwg
