FIELD: power industry.;SUBSTANCE: design of power plant is made in the form of tight closed circuit inside and outside of which equipment is arranged: turning gear, motor generator, turbocompressor operating on plasma chemical reactions with catalyst, microwave irradiators, superheater, evaporator - economiser sections with separator and circuit of multiple forced circulation on boiler water, separator is connected as to saturated steam to superheater of the plant and steam line of saturated steam with external source through gate valve, in case of non-compliance of saturated steam parameters, jet device (ejector) is used.;EFFECT: increasing safety and efficiency of obtaining thermal and electric energy at independent application, and when used with other power plants, it allows increasing the output power to consumer at reduction of specific prime cost of thermal and electric energy by 2-3 times.;3 cl, 4 dwg, 2 tbl
