The receiving side verifies the electronic digital signature of the transmitting side, stores information of the transmitting side in its storage; the intermediate centre confirms the date and time the transmitting side sent the information which is signed with the electronic digital signature of the intermediate centre and transmits it both to the transmitting and the receiving side; the transmitting side verifies the electronic digital signature of the receiving side on the receipt of reception of the information by the receiving side and stores said receipt in its storage; also, the transmitting and receiving sides verify the electronic digital signature of the intermediate centre on the confirmation of the intermediate centre of the date and time of sending, store the confirmation of the intermediate centre of the date and time of sending in their storage.
