In order to achieve the set task, in manufacturing method of covers with local bosses formed with rotational extrusion of rotating workpiece with rolling rollers, preliminary drawing of plate there manufactured is workpiece with inner surface corresponding to inner outline of thinned part of the cover; then, the obtained workpiece is locally swaged by rotational extrusion, and the specified wall thickness is obtained by further mechanical processing of external cover surface; besides, swaging value is determined as per the relationship considering the thickness of thickened part and thin part of cover considering upper and lower allowance and value of elastic residual deformations.;EFFECT: higher quality and accuracy of manufactured parts.;3 dwg, 1 ex
