FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used in implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) into capsule sac in case of crystalline lens subluxation, when crystalline lens equator does not reach optic eye axis on the line of crystalline lens displacement by 3 mm and more. After bringing lens into capsule sac, it is installed with longitudinal axis along vector of crystalline lens displacement, after that reconstruction of support element, located from the side of fibres of Zinn ligament is performed, which consists in disturbance of memory of support element shape by bending it by means of two instruments in point remote from the place of attachment of support element to optic part by 1-2.5 mm, bend being made in the plane of support element location, towards optic part of lens by angle 120-160°.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure high vision acuity, reduce risk of post-operation complications.;3 cl, 2 ex
