METHOD OF EXPERIMENTAL IMMUNE THERAPY OF TUMOURS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method of immune therapy of tumours consists in the fact that the tumour C-45 is transplanted under skin of back of outbread rats of weight 150-200 g. It is followed by the intramuscular introduction of autologous blood serum or allogenic serum from intact animals, or serum from tumor-bearing animals 7-10 days later. Serum is introduced in graded doses: on the 1^st day - 0.1 ml, on the 2^nd day - 0.2 ml, on the 3^rd and 4^th days - 0.5 ml.;EFFECT: method provides effective induction of inhibition or regression of the transplantable tumour ensured by native serum proteins introduced in the developed doses and the dose regimen.;4 tbl
