FIELD: power engineering.;SUBSTANCE: eco-complex is proposed based on energy of earth subsoils, providing for comfortable conditions for residing, using energy of earth subsoils, delivered by working bodies, such as electric current arriving along electric networks, and air arriving from atmosphere along a channel located at the depth of the earth surface, inside of which there is a turbine of power generator drive and a water and air heat exchanger, besides, the turbine of the power generator drive is located at the outlet from the lower part of the channel at the depth of more than 4000 metres.;EFFECT: ecosystem makes it possible to solve a problem of comfortable stay of a human being at northern latitudes, without limitation, taking into account processed related with climatic changes taking place on Earth.;4 cl, 4 dwg
