FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied for treatment of post-burn cicatricial esophageal strictures by method of stenting. Patients with symptoms of dysphagy are detected at early time from the moment of trauma, in the phase of connective tissue formation. Biodegradable collagen stent, which unfolds in esophagus lumen and expanding action of which is preserved during 2 months, is applied.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent development of late strictures.
