A control unit controls the heating system, and the heat pump is supplied with heat energy from multiple power supply units through heat exchangers (WT1-WT5). A buffer storage part (1) comprises a thermally insulated storage space (2) with fresh air (4). An air flow line (5) delivers air to one of heat exchangers, and an air return line (6) returns the air of the heat exchanger into the storage space that is filled with heat storage elements (3) e.g. stone grains and round gravel.
