The prefabricated unit (100) comprises a support base (2), four perimeter walls (3) with two side walls (4) being reciprocally spaced and at a distance D2 and transverse to the axis X-X, and two head walls (5) reciprocally spaced and at a distance D1 and transverse to the axis Y-Y. Several hinges (13) are located between the perimeter walls and the support base. Each perimeter wall folds between an extended position and an erect position. The unit also comprises a rigid roof (6), a roof-support beam (7) and a triangular roof-support (8) between the head wall and the roof for supporting the beam.
