The sealing- and assembly strip (100) comprises a carrier material (4), which forms a first and/or upper area (5) and a second and/or lower area (6) and is fixed onto a connecting surface of an in-built object or onto a first wall or a first base with the second and/or lower area and onto a connecting wall or a connecting wall with the first area and/or upper area in a mounting state, and a flexible cut protection, which is adhered on a front side or on a rear side of the carrier material by using an adhesive surface (10) and is cast in the carrier material. The sealing- and assembly strip (100) comprises a carrier material (4), which forms a first and/or upper area (5) and a second and/or lower area (6) and is fixed onto a connecting surface of an in-built object or onto a first wall or a first base with the second and/or lower area and onto a connecting wall or a connecting wall with the first area and/or upper area in a mounting state, and a flexible cut protection, which is adhered on a front side or on a rear side of the carrier material by using an adhesive surface (10), is cast in the carrier material, partially overtops the first and/or upper area and the second and/or lower area, completely covers the first and/or upper area or additionally completely covers the second and/or lower area and is cut protection stripe in the form of a perforated flexible metal film and in the form of a flexible Kevlar(RTM: Para-aramid synthetic fiber) or carbon fabric. The carrier material is automatically designed as cut protection. The cut protection is only partially arranged onto the sealing- and assembly strip, forms a cut protection profile in the form of an angle, T-profile, C-profile or a triangular hollow- or solid profile in the cross-section and is insertable into a pocket or loop. The cut protection profile with a visible part protrudes from the surface of the carrier material. The cut protection is partially arranged on a nearly horizontal carrier surface in the mounting state of the sealing- and assembly strip and forms nearly horizontal carrier surface in the mounting state of the sealing- and assembly strip. The cut protection is arranged on overlapping elongated sealing stripes. The sealing- and assembly strip includes a sound barrier, a capillary protection strip, a reline strip and a foam material strip with a longitudinal perforation.
