The timepiece has a timepiece movement i.e. basic movement (1), provided with a mechanical outlet located on an axis of the movement. A display assembly (30) is provided with display devices (31, 32) driven by the outlet, and separated from the movement and connected to a fixed portion (10) of the movement by a support unit. The support unit comprises an intermediate support formed of plate shaped rail (34), frame and bridge that is secured to the portion and provided with support members formed of orifices (36) and pivotment holes to allow mounting positions of the devices on the support.
