The watch has a middle (2) defining a watch case (1) with a watch glass (4). The glass is attached on a bearing surface (10) formed in the middle. A bezel (14) is ultrasonically welded on the glass and on the middle. A digital display device i.e. LCD cell (20), is fixed to a lower face (8) of the glass. A printed circuit board (36) is arranged within the watch case under the display device. The display device is electrically connected to the printed circuit board by a zebra type electrical connector (40) made of elastomer material. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a bezel.
