The insert (2) has an outer machining part that cooperates with a first reception housing of a ceramic link (1), where the link has a second reception housing receiving a locking pin (12) and the first housing receiving a spacer (3). An inner machining part (7) has a cylindrical bearing surface to receive an end (9) of the spacer, where diameter of the bearing surface is smaller than that of the end of the spacer. The outer machining part is provided with a threaded profile or a non-cylindrical profile. An independent claim is also included for a strap.
