The system has a water supply unit that supplies water from municipality to houses so as to generate electricity. The hydrodynamic screw is utilized for generating electricity from supplied water. The generated electricity is distributed to the individual collector. The small water is utilized before supplying water to tenant/landlord. A safety valve is provided in water supply line so as to regulate pressure in water pipe. A check valve is provided to prevent the flowback of hot water in cold water line.
