An absorbent article with:(a) an outer cover;(b) a liquid permeable bodyside coating which has a body surface and the defined in a superposed manner is connected with the outer cover;(c) an absorbent body, which between the body side coating and the outer cover is disposed; and(d) of a composition on at least a part of said bodyfacing surface of the body side coating, the 0,1 to 95 w -% natural fats or oils, 0,1 to 10 w -% sterols or sterol derivatives, 1 to 95 w -% of a plasticizer, 5 to 95 w -% of a hardening agent, 0,1 to 25 w -% of a viscosity of amplifier, 0,5 to 30 w -% of a polydimethylsiloxane and 0,5 to 30 w -% of an alkyl having silicone.
