The hybrid foldable velomobile has axial arbors (1), a wheel (5) for managing the arbors (2) of the drive wheels (3), a turning mechanism, drive wheels, brake units, a muscle drive and electric motors (4) which work by batteries (18) of the accumulators. The hybrid-foldable-velomobile has chairs which are placed beside each other right and left from the axis arbors. The chairs fold in direction of the axis arbors, when the hybrid foldable velomobile misses the common axle of the drive wheels. The inner legs of the chairs are fixed to the axial arbors of the velomobile.
