The film test for transporting adhesive films for the microscopic investigation of the surfaces, comprises films, which are characterized by optimization for the investigation of the microorganisms on the surfaces, where an outer cover of the film test is blue and an inner cover of the film test is white. The individual adhesive films consist of plastic material, are colored in blue on the outer side, and contain a non-adhesive area on right and left side for holding or grasping, a transparent area present between the both holding areas and adhered at one side and two strips. The film test for transporting adhesive films for the microscopic investigation of the surfaces, comprises films, which are characterized by optimization for the investigation of the microorganisms on the surfaces, where an outer cover of the film test is blue and an inner cover of the film test is white. The individual adhesive films consist of plastic material, are colored in blue on the outer side, and contain a non-adhesive area on right and left side for holding or grasping, a transparent area present between the both holding areas and adhered at one side and two strips present at the transparent area in an interval from a centimeter to the holding area. The film test is fixedly held onto the plates for the investigation of the roofed surfaces and is removed from a carrier. The film area presses to the surface to be investigated with the adhered side for the sample removal, where the contact with the sample takes place in the area between the both black strips on the film and the areas remain free at right and left next to the holding areas up to the black strip and serve for further adhesion of the sample carrier in the sample note. The sample note is sealed after the sample removal. The lower inner sample note area folds to the upper area with the adhesive films, where the folded edge of the note and the adhesive fold are given by a groove. The adhesive fold contains a wettable gum and is adhered after moistening, so that the note is sealed at the three open sides and is delivered. The film test is a device, where the sample note contains three adhesive films, which are used by the customer for sampling. The number of the adhesive films to be investigated from the laboratory crosses the customer in the upper part of the sample note, which contains an address field and a signature line. The customer confirms the instruction with its signature for the evaluation of the sent adhesive strips. The gross price given in the sample note fixes depending of the selected number of the adhesive films to be examined for the evaluation of the trapping and sending an investigation report. In the laboratory, the adhesive strips are wetted with a color solution for contrast enhancement and set onto an object carrier for the microscopic evaluation. The prepared adhesive strips are evaluated in a light-microscopic manner. With the film test, up to 1 mu m small, contrast-rich structures are detected and then small organic structures such as bacteria, fungi, algae, mites or plant parts and inorganic structures such as salt or mineral fibers are demonstrated. The present microorganisms are sensibly, systematically assigned based on the shape and intrinsic color and a statement is targeted its arrangement on the adhesive films whether the examined surface of mould fungus or bacteria is colonized.
